Flexa Registry check runs during application startup. If the registry returns error 500 (internal server error, timeout, DNS issues, etc.), the application retries every 5 minutes until it receives a valid response

Removed the activation schedule check that forced the player into an INACTIVE state if the system year of the system date was detected as 2018 or earlier.
