Which SNMP version does the Instreamer support ?

The Barix Instreamer (Classic) supports SNMP v1.

The Standard MIB-2 and even the private Barix Audio MIB are supported. The Barix Audio MIB file is contained in the Barix firmware package.
Per default there is so community string set, but that can be done in the Instreamer's SECURITY settings, you can even disable the SNMP access.

3 of the SNMP registers (syscontact, sysname, and syslocation) are temporary writeable, but the values are written only in the RAM and are lost after reboot.
Theses values have no other function on the device.

SNMP traps for the audio levels are supported as well.
