  • Device doesn't report to the Portal full status information, only: Online (Y/N) and FW version installed
  • Device doesn't support FW upgrade after a reboot. It only updates overnight at ~4am UTC time 
  • FW releases btw 2.4 up to 5.1.9 are not supporting FW upgrade after a reboot. They only updates overnight at ~4am UTC time
